The New Admins: pt II

By some strange folly, I have become an administrator at PP. I wonder how that happened; I wasn't even in the poll.

I did some admin stuff though, like creating subforums; it was pretty fun. Astra is showing me all of the stuff I can do. Unfortunately, she's also showing me all the extra stuff I can do that I really shouldn't., such as give myself pp money and make the withdrawal rate 0% so i can take my money out tax-free. lol, she's so bad...

It's pretty cold and windy outside...I'm glad I wasn't out for very long; just long enough to get some food. I really need to clean my room up a bit, it's getting a bit messy....

Another Day

So today was interesting.

I signed up for a moblog a few minutes ago so I'm looking around on that trying to customize it..

In class I went to my math computer science class (CSE113) and Professor Hart went over the homework, I believe I did fairly well; especially for doing it at 2 in the morning. =P The stuff we're doing now is getting a bit more complex but so far I still have a pretty good grasp on it; so that's a relief.

As for my Computer Science class (CSE114, the actual programming one) we did a lab today. I finished with a little extra time; but not very much so I didn't really get to browse the interweb at all. We had a quiz in the lab, too. It was kind of easy but it sucked because I don't know very many UNIX commands and we had to write 5. I managed to get 5 though and use them.

so yeah I used those...Not very complicated but I sort of blacked out and couldn't remember any.

So after that I went to yet another Computer Science class. This is the fun one. We make these cleverly named "slide-togethers" and it came out really cool. I'll take some pictures and send them to my moblog when I get it set up. I took some extras home too so after I do the homework (make another, different one) I'll take pictures and post them. It was fun. The girl next to me was having problems so I had to help her. My other professor (who's taking the class) messed up a little, too. It's pretty cool that one of my professors is taking the same class that I am. It makes him much more approachable because this is such a small class. =) I talked to him for a few minutes; he seems really cool. Professor Hart is really cool, too. I'm really glad he started this class.

Well, I'll be posting my pictures within the next few days so be on the lookout.

I'm not really sure what to make of it other than to ignore it because it's just stupid. If I cared I'd check the rules to see if anything really says that. lol.


Astra, you're right, you should delete the rule; it'd be pure anarchy. It'd be funny to delete a post and someones like you cant do that, it's against the rules. And i'd say "What rules? Go check them." XD
